This Halloween was one to remember at RHMNA. We had a full day of spooktacular activities that our incredibly cute House Heroes were able to participate in. The day started off in the morning with some pumpkin carving followed by a full afternoon of caramel apple making, cookie decorating, face painting and crafts. The kiddos next went Trick-or-Treating to our staff and parents in the rooms upstairs before sitting down to an amazing Halloween themed Home for Dinner made by Northlands. I must say that the vampire juice and spider deviled eggs were delicious!
The evening portion started with a Halloween Carnival, which included Pin the Wart on the Witch, Bobbing for Doughnuts and a Piñata with even more candy. The night concluded with some very tired children (and parents) watching a Halloween movie in our theatre room. It was an amazing day and it could not have been done without our incredible volunteers.
Thank you all for your generous contributions which helped make this day so special for the kids.
